This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“user” or “you”) and GDRStation and her Subsidiaries with regard to the services our entity offers to the public. User herein agrees that our Services will not be used in any manner that violates applicable constitutional laws, rules, and regulations. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of operational services GDRStation and her subsidiaries make available and accessible to you.

As legally applicable, underage users in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to access our services as provided.

BY ACCESSING OR CONTINUING TO ACCESS GDRStation AND HER SUBSIDIARIES SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT BY ACKNOWLEDGING SUCH ACCEPTANCE DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS (WHERE APPLICABLE). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THIS AGREEMENT, OR TO MODIFICATIONS THAT WE MAY MAKE TO THIS AGREEMENT IN THE FUTURE, DO NOT MAKE MOVES TO ACCESS THE SERVICES AS MADE AVAILABLE.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Systematic retrieval of data or other content from our physical and digital spaces/platforms to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from GDRStation and her Subsidiaries is absolutely unlawful and must not be attempted by any individual.

The trademarks, services marks, logo designs, and more related to our public services are owned by or licensed to GDRStation and her Subsidiaries and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under foreign laws and international conventions. Therefore, none as stated shall be reproduced or used either in parts or whole by anyone without expressed permission from us.

USER CONDUCTS

Across the physical and digital spaces and platforms of GDRStation and her Subsidiaries, obscenity, violence, harassment, threat to others, slander, offensive comments linked to religion, race, national origin, gender, or disability, intimidation, physical or emotional abuses, and related misconduct are vehemently forbidden without exceptions.

Access of the users to our services must not otherwise violate or link to direct or indirect circumstances that violate any provision of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation. GDRStation and her Subsidiaries may enforce compliance with the above representations in the exercise of our sole discretion.

BROADCASTING SERVICES AND ADVERTISING

GDRStation, her Subsidiaries, and Partner Advertisers may run advertisement messages for goods and services, using audio, visual, or print materials to make marketing delivery as applicable to services we offer to the public. We are not held liable for any direct or indirect loss incurred by the users through self-interpretation applied to advertisement campaigns during broadcast messages. You agree that you are solely responsible for your own decision in taking action as a response to advertisements.

APP LICENSE

The users accessing any of GDRStation and her Subsidiaries Services via the mobile application are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on applicable mobile devices owned and controlled by you and to access and use the mobile application on such devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this license.

You shall use our mobile application strictly in accordance with the terms of this license and shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the application, make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the application.

You will not use the application for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purposes for which it is not designed or intended. You shall not violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the application, remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of GDRStation and her Subsidiaries.

SOCIAL MEDIA

GDRStation and her Subsidiaries may provide you with the option and/or require you to connect your E-mail account or social media platform (if applicable) to access our Services for the purpose of logging in, uploading information, or enabling certain features, especially via the use of our mobile application. We will not share personal information our system collected from you with any third party. The choice of social media platform [FB/IG/TW] you use on our system may further allow you to personalize your privacy controls over your information on their own network, whereas our data collection policy will always respect and adhere to such controls and permissions.

PRIVACY

We care about the privacy of our users and protect the due as best we can. By accessing and using our Services, you are consenting to have your personal data transferred and shared with GDRStation and her Subsidiaries.

POTENCY OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall remain active and effective in full force while you access and use GDRStation and her Subsidiaries services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, GDRStation and her Subsidiaries RESERVES THE RIGHT TO, IN THE COMPANY’S SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON AT ALL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF USE

GDRStation and her Subsidiaries may modify this Agreement from time to time. Any and all changes to this Agreement will be posted on the Service, and revisions will be indicated by date. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Service after any such modification becomes effective. You agree that you will periodically check the Service for updates to this Agreement and you will read the messages we send you to inform you of any changes. Modifications to this Agreement shall be effective after posting. Additionally, modifications made to this Agreement applicable to dispute resolution shall not apply to disputes arising prior to the effective date of the modification.

RIGHT OF SERVICES

GDRStation and her Subsidiaries reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that GDRStation and her Subsidiaries shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services or operations.

MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you, GDRStation and her Subsidiaries regarding the use of our Services. The failure of GDRStation and her Subsidiaries to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law.
